Atlas Cars

Atlas is a century-old car company. Founded in Atlanta by the Fitchpatrick family in the Roaring Twenties, it remained a family business until the early 21st century. After the many scandals the family's millennial generations got tangled in, the founder's grandson, Mortimer Fitchpatrick III, accepted that none of his heirs was worthy of carrying on the family firm. After a process followed by every outlet in Georgia, the succession fell to Alexander N. Salas, an executive from a well-known soft-drinks company. A sharp turn of the helm carried the company through a deep crisis brought on by the competition of Far Eastern brands. This time it was Atlas copying the Asian giants, building cars more compact than the American competition and staking its reputation on reliability.

Atlas's specialty is engine blocks, and they are so proud of them that they extend the warranty to 100%.
